6 effective ways to handle Stress

To all my readers, the heading itself will let you know what I am going to write about. I’ve tried these methods and guess what! It worked. So I’m going to share with you my personal tutorial.

I’m going to give you 6 effective tips on how to handle stress. Here it goes:

Take up a sport. If you like to cycle, go and rent a bicycle and cycle from point A to point B (a route that you are unfamiliar with). Do an art. Just scribble on a piece of paper and tadaaa, your art is ready. I’m kidding. If you like to sew or do handy craft items or wanna become an inspiring photographer or an aspiring singer, sign up an a course to enable you to advance on it. Well, you can also invent your art yourself like what I did! I personally like handicraft arts and this is what I came out with.

Stay away from negative people. I recommend you to spend sometime alone. Go to a library and read books. It is very important to cultivate reading because it gives you knowledge and it takes your mind away from your stressful life. If you are too lazy to leave your house, read a bible or any holy book at least. I’m lazy, so I’ll read the bible to educate myself to be a better human being.
